Every dungeon feels like it builds on the challenges thanks to your entire kit, rather than focusing on challenges around whatever dungeon item is there. Obviously you still have that part of new item new puzzles, but every item is used constantly in every dungeon.

The way OoT designs dungeons feels incredibly similar to the games before it, I would not say the way people imagine 3D Zelda puzzles took total shape here. What is here is a constant barrage of uses for your entire toolkit in every dungeon. No (required) item gets left behind in terms of usage.

Not shocked that it’s still OoT and still fantastic. I think it’ll be fascinating to see newcomers contend with it cause OoT is an incredibly tight experience for me which makes it feel incredibly small and dense. No other 3D Zelda gets you started as fast as Ocarina, it’s such a fast paced game.
