Vote for Thorpe bill, (two bills in fact) - fails - to ban shackling of women giving birth in custody - to ban strip searching of children 10 Ayes - 24 Nos (not everyone was in chamber) Greens , Thorpe, Payman, D Pocock voted for the bills.
