This morning, man came to public comment to complain about 3 EHO (Missing Middle) permits on his street. We chatted afterward and it turns out he owns and rents out multiple small apartment buildings.

I made a reference to single stair construction in a county board public comment today. I think the Arlington board members might get behind it because it's more technical coded than cultural war coded.
