I biked home from work in the rain yesterday and thought (as I often do) that riding the bus wouldn’t have kept me any drier because I would have had to wait at a bus stop without a shelter. Everyone deserves to travel with dignity. I think bus shelters should be a requirement at every stop. 1/

When my racist, homophobic dad died, it was too easy to pick charities for some of the money he left me. Which wasn't much more than $90, mind, but it still felt good to support those causes financially.
