There was a time when unclear product gaps didn’t matter as much. Product managers filled the gaps live. So if your constraints, tradeoffs, and positioning aren’t explicit… AI will infer them. Product gaps that used to be hidden in conversations are now visible in first impressions.

Interesting read. So are you proposing each employee is narrowly focused on one project, one task at a time, before getting distracted by anything else? Like not allowing defects or shifts in priority to prevent that project from first being completed?
