I had a friend get blocked because he knew nothing of whats been going on with AI because life was constantly busy, he moved, went back to school ect. Not time to research. Used google ai overview and he got blocked instead of educating my friend on why parts of ai were bad.

re: 2) How are they capable of abstract reasoning? I understand that machine learning is great at the pattern recognition aspect of abstract reasoning, but I don't understand how it can perform deductive reasoning when the transformer simply doesn't do that.
