I'm not in favor of controlling Zuck's speech or Meta's speech. I'm in favor of ending his total, unaccountable control over Meta and in general breaking the extreme and increasingly lawless power the tech oligarchs have built themselves in ways completely orthogonal to speech.

I just find it _really_ dispiriting. If online socialist culture exists as a psyop to make me, personally, disengage from politics then it is a highly effective one. I feel like the thing that once felt like My Team has embraced something like the exact opposite of my personal aesthetic.
