Honestly this sounds awful. I don't know that Chicago has "the best" real estate in the world, but I purposely live in a walkable neighborhood with 3 dozen restaurants + over a dozen cafes. No Chick-Fil-A. Peking duck + Chinese bakery + pho are a 20 min. walk. I can bike to the beach in 10 min.

We had a 19-year-old tuxedo. They're such lovely boys. Ours was so smart - second smartest cat we've ever had. We got him two kittens to teach. He tried so hard. But they're so dim - they learned nothing! Poor boy. They're very sweet, but still dumbasses. He was lovely, I still miss him.
