Tolerated 50 something dad, grandad & other half. Displaced Newcastle United supporter. Run a lot chasing sanity with my dog, Across miles of rural Scotland. Thought I caught it once. Mostly harmless. https://connect.garmin.com/modern/profile/JABTKD

All 8 NE Wales parkruns operated on Saturday with 1511 participants (+424 for 7 events last week) & 202 volunteers gave their time (highest so far this year!) I was on set up and then dove off for a weekend of walking - yesterday was Aberglaslyn Gorge/Cwm Bychan #running #walking #parkrun

Really happy with this run. Straight run. It was 98F plus higher heat index. Yeah it was only 5K-ish, but for me, sub-10 in that heat is really good. I’ll take it! #running #runchat
