Earlier this year, we worked with someone facing a prior authorization denial for critical, time-sensitive cancer treatment. We got the denial overturned on external appeal, but it should never have been made to begin with. We need aggressive enforcement of harmful, bad faith denial practices.

One year ago today, Netflix's The Program premiered and shot to #1 within a week. This project was a couple of years in the making, and I (and many others) helped out behind the scenes. You can see me running around in the background in episodes 1 and 2 (or in the credits).
