I provided evidence for my "extreme sweeping" statement. And yes you should probably stop caring about "racism" if it's clouding your judgement and the main reason why so many children were raped. The reason why the cops covered it up was the exact same reasoning you're using. This is rape culture.

The police covered it up to avoid accusations of racism which led to 1/6 women and girls ages 11 to 17 to be raped, usually more than once. And occasionally arrested the victims and their parents. So I'd stop caring about racism if I were you.

I'm sorry, but no. When you have an ex-grooming gang member feeling confident enough to run for public office something is wrong. Our society is sick, grooming gangs and paedophile rings need to be rooted out. Labour deserve loss after loss if soft on this.
