Also MSNow is a publisher and is entitled to make editorial decisions. Social media is not supposed to be a publisher, and if it starts acting like one, especially if it's obviously done to benefit certain parties, that's pure corruption and lawlessness.

If the content management decisions that his platforms make are first amendment protected publisher’s decisions, then he should accept the same liability for every post that appears on them as the NYT accepts for every story it runs
