This is such a horrid situation to have to be in, i'm so sorry to hear this has happened to you! Banks are usually good with sorting this kind of stuff out because it's not your fault & its some criminal that's caused this, so hopefully they can help you!

That's awful, I'm sorry you're having to deal with this. Is there no option to go to the embassy and get in touch with the police back home? Maybe they can reach out to your bank and get them on the case. Or at least help with the means to get in touch with the bank back home.
