Honestly it kind of depends. Sometimes I'll update the doc, but other times what I wrote originally was interesting enough that I'll keep it regardless just because I don't wanna throw away a good idea. The document is more for reference/brainstorming, so what's in it isn't necessarily 'canon.'

Thank you for the feedback, in the second chapter of my book the main character has to provide security while her brother discusses peace negotiations with neighboring kingdoms so that scene needs to have stay consistent with way too many people talking.
