Stores kinda cater to you and also even moreso try to shape you to be who they want to cater to because that's easier than catering to too many different people while trying to profit?

Meat and dairy have a lot of different B vitamins and vegetables can give most of the other daily nutrients, especially dark leafy greens. It’s a smart way to help your bodymind quickly

Anyway, would love to live in a world where I know my neighbors and we look out for each other, but until they stop blasting their germs into the air, that’s not happening. I have a hard time looking out for people I can’t safely access.
