As an aggravating factor, it increased the weight of his sentence. In fact, it is cited as one of the reasons they proceeded to disbar him rather than impose a lesser sentence. I'd call that "getting bopped."
Show PostThey found it to be misconduct, yes? They couldn't punish it for him standalone because it occurred after disciplinary proceedings had already been brought and therefore it was uncharged. But they definitely found that it was misconduct and an aggravating factor.

I go to the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas every year. I've seen flying cars there for the last five years at least. Obviously you can make a car fly. We make way more complicated shit fly daily. We don't make flying cars because have you been outside?
