I’ve been struggling with the marina in the rendering. It pushes river walk users further from the water and that rerouting is a concession. It’s also symbolic of owners of something representative of financial success elbowing their way in to a universally accessible space.

I couldn't believe the amount of cyclists and pedestrians crossing the bridge when we came back from Canada almost 2 weeks ago. So cool!
