My Bluesky arguers: "Anything good that happened over the past 60 years was done by my guys. All bad things were done by Republicans, and probably Reagan." American politics is just a *smidge* more complicated than that, but it's like talking to drunks. Or toddlers. Or drunk toddlers, maybe.
Show PostI question it regularly and would tax the bejeebers out of people that wealthy. I think the 80s tax cuts were necessary to jump-start the economy but I don't think even the Reaganauts were thinking of Zuck or Bezos back then.
