Her use of "Dr. Abdul El-Sayed" is perfect for her purposes. She wanted to include "Abdul" in there because she is, at heart, a "Barack Hussein Obama" cretin, like Hannity or whatever. But the "Dr" made it appear, at least to the ignorant, that she was being respectful.

I edited some of Jan Crawford's stories when she was a Chicago Tribune correspondent decades ago. I didn't detect any hint of right-wing craziness, but those were different times.
