Show PostAus eigener Erfahrung: Ich empfehle eine Ausbildungsambulanz aufzusuchen, wenn Du eine in erreichbarer Nähe hast. Die machen üblicherweise eine ausführliche Probatorik, bei der Du auch sehen kannst, ob es mit der Therapieperson klappt. Die Therapeut*innen stehen außerdem unter Supervision.
