The pillars of "Baeddel" feminist theory were basically this: 1) Systemic transmisogyny is a core part of patriarchy. 2) Feminism must be anti-racist and anti-colonial. 3) LGBT community still has lots of misogyny and racism. 4) Trans men are real men. 5) All non tw benefit from transmisogyny.

this is why i will never believe anyone that says this wouldn’t have happened under kamala harris. she would’ve continued it but without focusing on it like trump has, so less people would care about it because it just didn’t affect them as much. the inherent selfishness of USian society is damning.

it’s genuinely depressing to see people completely ignoring the fact that joe biden himself brought daily immigrant detention rates back up to the pre covid peaks under trump 1. under biden the democrats literally tried to outflank the republicans on immigration and everyone conveniently forgets it
