Postu gösterIn normal times, no one would object. But it's something Dems could do if Brown and/or Nixon win (OH, FL) and A) their Repub governors slow their certifications,* and/or B) Senate Repubs make any effort to delay/deny them the oath. (* – DeWine wouldn't, but DeSantis?)
Postu gösterAh, but interesting, because I am following _possible_ paths, no matter how convoluted. Not that this would _directly_ affect the count, either, but from my Scenario 4... If Hern wins, and if Brown and/or Nixon wins and Repubs blocked them from taking the oath, presumably Dems would block Hern. 🤦🏻♂️
