Show PostYes - I give myself the space to process the frustration and pain. I call on my mentors for help. I take the time I need to recover… but I keep going. It’s a lot of extra weight to carry being “the only”, but I’ve only gotten stronger since becoming faculty, so bring it on ✌🏼
