I would like to advocate for teaching folks visual intelligence to help them assess not just digital imagery, but also scan their environment for anomalies. A present day person couldn’t navigate by the night sky or construct a cathedral without building plans. We have much to regain from our pasts.

Great read and a lot of work on trying to fit and organize current issues. Wanted to add that a lot of examples for those could be taken from ru-UA war and the wider conflict. Starting from the versions generation after MH-17 and all the way to Pravda network poisoning AI.
