30 years later, another female athletic trainer does the same thing during a televised football game, and gets swatted at by a male athlete, and the overwhelming social media response is, essentially, "she had it coming." This is not ok.

In a prior life I was an athletic trainer. I worked with male football players, among others, and sometimes I had to push them out of the way so I could get to an injured teammate. This is standard practice.
