The closest I've come are cycling and dancing, but crucially if you start thinking of them as a way to get exercise rather than just a fun activity, they stop being fun.

This is why I hired a personal trainer. I would say all this and she was like "I got your money babe. You say what you need to say but you're doing the pushups." And then I would do the pushups.
