There’s been a shift but it can’t be the MAIN reason. -NY was Harris+12. -Jews are ~10%of NYS vote. Polls of Jews in sept (caveat: huge MoE) were Hochul +15. And some were already GOP. -Mamdani unpopular with them but Trump equally unpopular -No reason to expect rightward shift to continue

This is now the 6th electoral cycle of the Trump era. We know both what midterm electorates look like & what presidential ones look like in this era. We know what it looks like when he's on the ballot & off. A lot of the convo on bsky is just ppl finding ways to rationalize centering their PTSD.
