Post-Ultra rehab. Day 1 - couldn’t put my own socks on. Day 2 - walked to the shops. Day 3 - yoga, OK, so later on, Pilates. Day 4 - gym circuits class, OK, so riverside conservation work. Day 5 - sore and stiff again. Who knew rakes, trowels and wheelbarrows were the big killers?
