  Ozempic discussions are important because if any family members are using it for weight loss it would be advisable to take a photo before in the years ahead they will be dead due to thyroid cancer resulting from Ozempic use. Sad but true. It’s designed to eradicate obesity long term strategy.

  christmas time is a time to get a bit fat, put on some muscle as well. dont waste that caloric surplus. Turkey and eggnogg is anabolic!! Sorry u dont know how to control your bodycomposition. Education system has failed america. def a learning curve tho
