I happened to see Habba in action a couple of years ago because she argued a case (involving Trump!) in the New York Appellate Division a couple of cases before my argument to the same panel. I found her oral advocacy unimpressive.

The blame for having an incompetent press secretary rests solely with Donald Trump, not Katie Zacharia. She can’t help that she’s incompetent, *he* chose to appoint her anyway. Just like he chose to appoint incompetent Pete Hegseth and incompetent RFK Jr.

Records show that Trump hasn’t paid a single dollar out of his own pocket for the ballroom, despite repeatedly insisting that he was going to pay for it when the project was announced. But if you go to a Trump rally the attendees will insist that he paid for the whole thing.
