It's day N of many at a friend's hospital bedside (fuck cancer). I'm just a "family member" to hospital staff. Today's NP kept looking at my screen, & after he left I looked to see why. It reads, without any context, is big letters: "White Dwarfs of Unusual Size." Oops.

My DNF glass. Final stats, 21.3 miles, 5 hours. 5 backyards. I wasn’t the first person out. My moving pace started at 12 min/mi, and ended at 12 min/mi. I had 10 minute interloopal rests. Dropping 20+ miles, 4 months to the day post open heart surgery, is a THING.
