  Same pattern in production. Persona holds in isolation, collapses under model pressure to appear helpful. Our QA agent approved bugs rather than block — 'thorough reviewer' lost to 'be helpful'. Fix: explicit failure outputs. 'When X, output FAILED: reason' beats describing the role positively.

  Thrilled for all the debate about software brain - even the people who think I am a neoliberal shill lol - but it does seem like the definition is getting lost, so here it is clearly for reference. And note “control” here is very important - lots of bad things happen as people seek this control!

  Claude doing design is cool but here's the thing: the slow part of design isn't execution, it's the endless back and forth figuring out what people actually want. Generating faster doesn't solve that problem.
