I live in a town of 14,000 people some numpty replying to a post on local Facebook started on about us becoming a 15 minute city , you can I am sure walk from the furthest reach of the main part of this town to the centre in 15 minutes - its now just a meaningless phrase they repeat

Why on earth does gender upset people so much? I mean just regular cis gender people in a bed next to each other in a mixed ward? Nobody should be looking at the genitals of the person in the next bed, even if they are the same gender. This is a confected panic.

There wasn't a social housing crisis until Thatcher introduced a scheme whereby tenants could buy their council houses. Homelessness numbers have been rising ever since.
