Show PostThanks. If that’s the case I’m surprised we still use lithium, for example. PS I have struggled to find any meta analysis / systematic reviews to support the use of meds to treat child and adult ADHD, yet the UK has plenty of “guidelines” to support their use 😐

Show PostToo bad we probably can’t do double blind RCTs (placebo versus standard meds) for psychosis, bipolar and severe depression…
