It's so non-violent that the sentencing included no pepper spray for Aspen now other people can carry that..but Aspen can't..now why would that be?? Aspen attacks people with the stuff!

Please reread my initial post It's not really "except" as it harmonizes with assault vs battery differentiation in jurisdictions that don't roll A&B under assault Oregon attempted assault is still a criminal offense (like assault w/o battery in other jurisdictions) /w both mens and actus elements
