I'm struggling to find anything in the interim guidance that doesn't align with the judgement. The good law project statements say the guidance is unlawful but has zero references to sections in the guidance that are unlawful. Why is that?

I feel the position you are arguing for is somewhat inverted. I don’t think there has ever been a time when a person with a penis would have been welcome by everyone in a female changing room. Those who have had surgery are in a rather different position. /1

As far as I can see, the issue of recent times seems to be individuals who are clearly physically male demanding the right to use female facilities and being abusive to those women who say no. This, to me, is not reasonable behaviour.
