That publisher-or-utility dichotomy is nonsense. Platforms must be able to moderate harassment, hate, and threats without becoming liable for every user post. Otherwise, every platform becomes as vile as X.

You're confusing two entirely different arguments. That platforms enforce moderation rules inconsistently doesn't mean they shouldn't be allowed to moderate at all. If you think Meta suspended No Kings for political reasons, show some evidence. "Broligarchs" isn't evidence.

Moderation IS an editorial decision. Deciding what stays up and what gets removed is literally editorial discretion. You can criticize inconsistent enforcement all you want, but that doesn't make every suspension political censorship. Where's your evidence that this one was?

Precisely zero times? Meta suspended Trump's own Facebook and Instagram accounts for TWO YEARS, from 2021 to 2023. That alone disproves your claim. You can argue moderation is inconsistent, but where's the actual evidence that No Kings was suspended for political reasons?

And I can almost guarantee you that No Kings will be back, too. A suspension isn't necessarily a permanent ban. Platforms routinely suspend accounts temporarily and then reinstate them. You're treating a suspension as proof of political censorship without establishing why it happened.
