If you're (SFE) sending out an incomplete DSA letter "to hit the KPIs" please TELL the student that is the case and the reason their Outstanding Support is delayed rather than just leaving the student BAFFLED. Also, SFE can you PLEASE list the equipment on the DSA2 like you're SUPPOSED TO!

Over and over again obvious support just not there, or misunderstandings of the stupid new regs. SFE's replies are like a broken record "sorry, the DSA team did not do what they were supposed to"
