i'm choosing to believe the Knights of Guinevere universe has an analogue for every Disney thing known to man. which means there's an 80s-style aerobics program called "Gwensercise" featuring Princess Guinevere dancing in spandex and sweatbands.

Altstream provides some basic server functionality and bandwidth but otherwise gives the rest to creators. The creators set up their interaction and monetization externally and choose themselves. It becomes a framework that creators can build around rather than the prison that twitch feels like.
Show PostI had a thought. What if actual @altstream.online could take off as a platform and go mainstream. How would that look? What if it functioned more as a service for creators rather than for viewers? Creators fund the site in exchange for some extra features, rather than being funded by viewers.
