Vote NO on Initiative 638. The neutral title is misleading. I638 would deeply damage trans kids belonging. It targets girls, requiring “sex verification", based only on "reproductive anatomy, genetic makeup or normal endogenously produced testosterone levels. It’s heinous.

I definitely don't romanticize my time riding the 7 (I lived just off Rainier from 2009-2017). I associate it with the time I was most dependent on transit and using it to get to the food bank, grocery store, bank, pharmacy, and anywhere else I wanted to go. It's a slow but incredibly useful route.
