    18 today!!! Hard to believe that time passes so quickly...all those Alder Hey trips for broken legs/arms/hands/ankles/fingers/appendix removal/tongue operation/asthma attacks/scarred lungs/ golf club in the eye socket and hes managed to survive to eighteen!!

    I don't post much here but I'm starting a 120km challenge in October for @alderheycharity.org - so far I'm just over £400. I've seen mates do the Three Peaks Challenge and been a bit jealous so when I saw this I saw a chance to turn envy into action. Without Alder Hey our daughter wouldn't be here.
