I was at the spine clinic earlier and there were a bunch of teenage girls in the waiting room because one of them was getting an injection and was “terrified” so all her friends came with her and they let one of them go in with her. It was very sweet.

Ok, I know that fall lovers love the East Coast for their falls... but Montana is absolutely blowing my mind with its fall colors. Missoula Valley in peak fall is just absolutely bursting with colors. And it's wonderful to see our beautiful city with my wife from above it all on the M trail!
