"x (doesn't|shouldn't) have rights" is not something to play with, because x is either mutable, in which case you need to be careful that it actually happened, or immutable, in which case that's probably just racism/sexism

it's important they have to actually do some fascism that infringes on the rights of others to be punished. having bad taste in words should not throw away one's rights, even if the taste is really, really bad

Yes they do and creating a nebulous category of ppl who have no rights is the exact opposite of how we reconsolidate this democracy. This is a justification for mass repression when what we need is a mixture of targeted prosecutions and wide-ranging reforms that rip up MAGA power by the roots.
