You essentially wrote a couple good AI prompts in that post. I recommend asking Mistral’s Le Chat Pro or Hugging Chat with QWEN the same questions or simply command them to do this task. Mistral and Hugging Face are more ethical companies imo. Then let Grammarly AI proof read everything.
