Yup. And also, other people shaming you for not liking hot dogs and calling you immature or trying to force you to eat them, or constantly telling you it's a fundamental part of being human, also not okay behaviour.

I think hot dogs are gross! I wouldn't ever order one for myself and whenever someone offers me one I decline, but I don't think less of people that do like them or go out of my way to make sure they know how gross I think they are. Being asexual is similar.

If you're a gay man and you find vaginas repellent, that's sex-repulsion. If you're a gay woman and you find penises upsetting or gross, that's sex-repulsion. Just like asexuals, repulsion isn't necessary to your orientation, but it's not uncommon.
