True. I believe lots of family drama in Lithuania happened during the period when the state had to make sure people get their nationalised land back. Then when the land was back, followed the big money and then… the drama. My own family was a case.

Sometimes I wonder if the real reason many European politicians fear a Russian defeat is that the Kremlin archives might become accessible then. That in turn could lead to the politicians being exposed as corrupt traitors.
