Thanks, @fritschner.bsky.social. I had your earlier analysis in the back of my mind when today's EO hit the streets, but for some reason had remembered only the SANCTIONS as waiverable, and was confused why duties were applied then immediately waived. Agree we'll see these tariffs again.

Sure as hell looks like those who argued that giving Trump this discretionary tariff power (which should rest with Congress), with plenty of leeway to do nothing to punish Russia, were right that this was a mistake.
