Viv was defeated in court. Period. She sued Zak for defamation. She lost. Zak sued Viv for Defamation, he won. If you know so much about the case: state what proof was raised against Zak. The "evidence" was from someone who admitted to lying on the stand and then losing their own case afterwards.

I'm happy to see the evidence. Do you have any? The judges who actually were able to review evidence and testimony found that to NOT be the case. It's not against the law to be an asshole, but he as far as sexual violence, judges found in his favor.
