Abberton before the rain came was good. Water quite low, large numbers of Great Egrets, increasing nos of duck incl Wigeon & Pintail, a female Goosander, 2 glorious Marsh Harriers, big flock of Starlings, black-t Godwits, Grey Wagtail & a Green Sandpiper. #essexbirding Drove home on flooding roads!
