My name is Ben and I have autism. I’m not less than anyone else I just see the world differently. Lately I’ve been working on losing weight by walking. I walked 5 miles yesterday. It’s also helps with my confidence and I can enjoy the outdoors and the scenery.

Here’s a photo of myself stood proud on top of the rocks it’s not just a photo it's a reminder of how far I have come. These walks are healing me body and mind. What I post now once felt like giant mountains I’d never climb. But I kept going. I’m proud of the progress I have made. #NeverGiveUp
